Want an insolvency practitioner to call you?

The quickest way is to start an enquiry. It asks a few questions about your situation so that the firm that calls you can be ready to talk about your options. We do not arrange trust deeds ourselves. If you ask us to, we pass your details to a licensed insolvency practitioner firm, who will contact you.

Making a complaint

If you are unhappy with our service, see our complaints procedure. If your complaint is about an insolvency practitioner or your trustee, their firm must have its own complaints procedure, and you can also complain through the Insolvency Service's complaints gateway.
